Orders and Shipments - Alticlò

ALTICLO’ ships worldwide. Currently, the couriers used are UPS, EMS, BARTOLINI and FEDEX chosen based on the destination. Shipments to Russia are made through the EMS courier.

Customers are entitled to combined shipping when purchasing two or more products.

In the event that the order is not delivered due to a lack of cooperation from the customer (incorrect or missing customer-provided data, customs duties and taxes), the package may be returned to ALTICLO’ at the customer’s expense, including any costs incurred by ALTICLO’ for the return of the goods. These costs will be deducted from any refund.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

Payments made by credit card or bank transfer must undergo an automatic verification by the bank that issued the credit card, which may cause delays in the shipment of orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once payment is authorized (credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer) and credited to ALTICLO’s account, and the items are available, the order will be processed as soon as possible.

Orders are processed (prepared and handed over to the courier) based on the description above from Monday to Friday, even on the same day if the purchase is made by 3:00 PM Italian time, except for Friday (if the purchase is made after 3:00 PM Italian time), Saturday, and Sunday, which will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note that during certain periods of the year, on public holidays when couriers do not make shipments, processing times may be delayed. The following are the days on which delays may occur:

January 1st and 6th
Easter and Easter Monday
April 25th
May 1st
June 2nd
August 15th
November 1st
December 8th, 25th, and 26th
December 31st

Shipments within Italy are expected to be delivered within 1-2 working days and handled by UPS standard, POSTE ITALIANE, BARTOLINI;

Shipments to countries within the European Union are expected to be delivered within 2-3 working days and handled by UPS express, POSTE ITALIANE, BARTOLINI;

Shipments to countries outside the European Union are expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days and handled by UPS express.

Shipments to Russia are expected to be delivered within 10-15 working days and handled by EMS.

TRACKING

As soon as your order is processed, ALTICLO’ will send you an email with your identification number for tracking purposes.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

ALTICLO’ does not include costs related to customs duties and taxes on your items.
