RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Our goal is that every customer will always be satisfied with his purchase. If this would not be the case it will be possible to return the order partially or entirely.

Items can be returned or refunded within 14 days after having received the package. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, we cannot accept returns of items that are not in the same condition in which they were sent and received.

 

Returned items must meet our criteria:

-Each returned item can only be worn for proof of the same. It must not have been worn for other purposes or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way;

-The shoes and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and bags, if provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipment as the original box cannot be used as the only external packaging for shipping.

-When testing a shoe, please do not damage the soles or damage the box.

 

If customers wish to return the goods, they are requested to send an e-mail to info@catfashion.it

The written request must contain the order number, the code of the item (s) to be returned and the reason for the return.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN

- Access your private area and click on "My orders";

- Select the order that contains the items to be returned and click on "I want to return one or more items";

The return is the responsibility of the customer, so it allows you to choose the express courier you prefer and will directly support the shipping cost with him and is under his responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging, or delay in delivery of the return.

Any customs charges are always charged to the customer.

We remind you that you can start a return procedure within 14 days from the delivery date (including holidays). After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available.

As soon as we receive your package, we will verify that all the conditions listed above have been met: if the procedure has been carried out correctly we will make the refund, which will take place through the same payment method used in the purchase phase, excluding shipping costs and any charges customs.
